Georgia Development and Progress

THE IDEA of GEORGIA`s DEVELOPMENT and PROGRESS.

Alongside the development of the Invincible Georgia Foundation, the vision for a comprehensive Georgia Development Strategic Plan has always been a priority. This plan aims to accelerate the country’s modernization by preparing and implementing development and progress projects. The Idea of Georgia’s Modernization is centered around the creation of comprehensive projects aimed at fostering national, regional, and local growth through collaborative efforts with public and municipal governments. These initiatives will align with the Georgia Development Strategic Framework, ensuring that all projects contribute to a cohesive vision for sustainable advancement. By actively seeking investment and engaging local stakeholders, these projects will not only enhance infrastructure and services but also prioritize the employment of local workers, thereby strengthening communities and promoting economic resilience. This integrated approach aims to cultivate a thriving environment that supports the diverse needs of Georgia’s citizens while driving collective progress across all levels of society. The strategy includes several key directions:
1. Georgia Strategic Development Plan:
The plan focuses on large-scale projects and based on country’s economic potential and the needs of the global economy. Its projects are interconnected and subject to the general logic of Georgia’s inclusion in the global economy.
2. Synergistic Development Approach:
The principle of connection between smaller regional projects and a larger national initiative aimed at promoting uniform development across the country.
3. Specialist Database and Job Development:
A database of specialists and employees will be created to help individuals improve their qualifications and find relevant job opportunities, fostering professional growth across sectors.
4. Local Government Collaboration:
The principle of working closely with local governments and municipalities to stimulate economic activities and identify the best development strategies tailored to each region’s needs.
5. Cultural Heritage and New Traditions:
The principle of using the characteristics and practices of culture and traditions to ensure a high level of social trust in order to be able to stimulate the involvement of more social groups in joint efforts to implement projects.

THE STRUCTURE of GEORGIA DEVELOPMENT and PROGRESS

I. Georgia Development Strategic Framework

As Georgia navigates its transitional role in the growing global economy, it must seize the maritime opportunities that are pivotal for its economic resurgence. Ignoring these prospects would be a significant misstep. The maritime sector stands as a colossal potential driver for Georgia’s economic development, offering various avenues for growth.

1. Ship Production: A Key to Maritime Potential

To truly unlock Georgia’s potential as a transit country, developing a domestic shipbuilding industry is essential. By positioning itself as a key player in global maritime trade, Georgia can harness its geographical advantages, boosting both its economy and international standing.

2. Enhancing Transit Capacity with Gas Refilling Stations

Establishing Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) refueling stations for ships will greatly enhance Georgia’s capacity as a transit hub. This initiative not only makes the country more attractive for international trade routes but also supports a shift towards cleaner energy sources in maritime logistics.

3. Attracting Transnational Corporations

In light of the ongoing geopolitical tensions between China and the US, Georgia has a unique opportunity to attract transnational corporations looking to relocate factories from China. This influx would not only stimulate economic growth but also revitalize urban areas, creating jobs and fostering innovation.

4. Investing in Atomic Energy for Stability

The relocation of factories will increase the demand for electricity, making it imperative for Georgia to invest in an atomic energy plant. This move would reduce dependence on the Enguri Dam Hydroelectric Plant, providing a stable, sustainable energy source that supports future growth while also diminishing vulnerabilities related to territorial occupation.

5. Strengthening Defense with the Arms Trade Treaty

As economic growth accelerates, so too will the threats from occupation regimes. To safeguard its development infrastructure, Georgia should sign the Arms Trade Treaty and focus on producing dual-use technologies and weapons. This strategy will enhance national defense capabilities while also invigorating the technological sector.

6. Fostering Intercultural Dialogue

As Georgia’s economy flourishes, attracting specialists from various regions, it becomes crucial for society to prepare for intercultural dialogue and cooperation. This openness will foster a more inclusive environment, essential for managing rapid growth and urbanization.

7. Building Smart and Green Cities

With increased urbanization, there will be a pressing need to establish smart, eco-friendly cities. By prioritizing sustainable growth and environmental stewardship, Georgia can enhance its global standing and ensure a high quality of life for its residents.

8. Modernizing Agriculture for Food Security

To support its growing population and economic needs, Georgia must modernize its agricultural and farming systems. Implementing national plans to boost food security will elevate the agricultural sector, ensuring that it meets the demands of a rapidly changing economy.

9. Enhancing Hospitality and Infrastructure

With economic growth comes an increase in tourism, necessitating a robust hospitality infrastructure. This includes building new airports and upgrading railways, which will facilitate trade and travel, making Georgia more accessible.

10. Developing the Film and Fashion Industries

A thriving tourism sector can also spark the growth of Georgia’s film and fashion industries. By supporting creative industries, Georgia can enhance cultural expression and position itself as a cultural hub, attracting further investment and talent.

11. Advancing High-Tech Innovation

Finally, to sustain this economic momentum, Georgia should invest in establishing high-tech laboratories. Fostering innovation in biotechnology, artificial intelligence, and other cutting-edge industries will attract top talent and ensure that Georgia remains competitive in the global market.

III. Talent Database – Employment Support Program

“The Talent Database” – Employment Support Program is designed to empower individuals by connecting them with opportunities that align with their unique talents and capabilities. The program encompasses three key branches:

  1. Talent Identification: We actively search for individuals to identify their skills and talents, ensuring that everyone’s potential is recognized.
  2. Skill Development: We assist individuals in discovering and enhancing their talents by offering training and practical knowledge tailored to their career aspirations. This includes qualifications improvement and new skill acquisition.
  3. Job Placement: Our program facilitates job placement by connecting qualified individuals with potential employers, ensuring a smooth transition into the workforce.

Many individuals face barriers—linguistic, psychological, social, informational, or material—that hinder their ability to integrate into the job market. Our initiative addresses these challenges by creating a comprehensive database that leverages social networks to engage individuals at local, regional, national, and global levels.

We believe that every person is valuable and plays a crucial role in the Georgian Social System. By fostering a positive and inclusive environment, we aim to accelerate social and economic development.

Through partnerships with economic entities, we provide less-qualified workers with opportunities to gain practical experience, allowing them to discover their true potential through hands-on activities. This approach is particularly beneficial also for individuals recovering from isolation (such as those from prison, hospitals, or self-imposed seclusion) as well as for repatriated or relocated individuals, veterans and disabled persons helping them reintegrate into society.

Our database will designed to be unique, featuring an innovative evaluation system that utilizes the best psychological practices to categorize individuals and form supportive groups within a positive environment.

Moreover, our communication channels with employers will foster a network of connections that address common societal challenges, including intolerance, indifference, hate speech, and authoritarian behaviors.

This database will also support the realization of various projects, such as the Georgian Society Self-Defense Concept and the creation of a Civil Society Ecosystem, as well as organizing events and initiatives spearheaded by our organization or partners.

Together, we can build a more inclusive and resilient community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
